Foundation

The idea for our company was born out of our passion for team sports
In sport, the key to success is the willingness and motivation of each individual player.

We transferred this insight to the sales sector: here, too, success depends to a large extent on the willingness and motivation of the sales staff. With this basic idea in mind, we laid the foundation for the development of our first solution - one that focused not only on technical efficiency, but also on the people behind it.

First employees and the first steps
With our vision in mind, we made a small but ambitious start.

Our first employee was quickly on board and together we developed the first mock-ups for the first version of our software. Our goal: a practical solution that would increase the motivation of sales staff and sustainably improve the company's success.

The focus on analyses and the maturity model
In the next phase, we expanded our solution into the maturity model, which focused on the needs of management.

Analytics increasingly became the heart of our platform - the ability to analyze comprehensive data and make informed decisions based on it.

The challenges of hospitality and our further development
Over time, the challenges in the hospitality industry have become increasingly clear:

rising cost pressure, acute staff shortages and increased complexity in the management of operational processes. Companies were increasingly confronted with a digital overload. Numerous software systems led to data silos and process control became increasingly complex.

The solution: Combining data and making decisions
As a logical next step, we decided to create a central platform that brings together all relevant data.

By analyzing this data, we were able to help management make better decisions and put them into practice efficiently. The result: our solution not only enabled higher sales and productivity, but also more time for the essentials.
