We recommend using the Chrome browser for smooth use of all analyses in sell & pick. This will ensure that your views are displayed correctly.

You can set up a Google account for your work email address. This will allow you to log in in the future and your passwords will be saved automatically.

You can also use the synchronization option to immediately use your saved bookmarks and pages from any other device with your profile in Chrome. This gives you immediate access to saved tabs and links.

To access the sell & pick platform, log in with your access data via platform.sell-pick.com**.**.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on "Can't log in to your account?" on the login page (platform.sell-pick.com).

You will then receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to set a new password for your account.

If you have forgotten the e-mail address you used to register for your sell & pick process platform, please contact your project contact person (for locations, the e-mail address is usually that of the location and not that of the location manager).

Some of our analyses are also suitable for viewing on a mobile device. These are always optimized for a mobile view.

To call up a different dashboard, open the menu via the 3 gray lines in the top left corner.

The current view is always in blue.

To start a refresh of your page, for example if data has not been updated, click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner and select "Clear cache and refresh".

Do you prefer working with keyboard shortcuts to using the mouse? You can also perform various actions in our sell & pick platform using keyboard shortcuts.

• To refresh (e.g. after setting filters) you can select CTRL + Enter
• To empty and refresh the cache select Shift + CTRL + Enter
• To download content select ALT + Shift + D
• To schedule the delivery of a report select ALT + Shift + S
• To reset all filter settings select CTRL + ALT + R
